Samothrace, Greece

Samothrace is located in the Northern Aegean Sea and is perhaps the most rugged of all the Greek islands. The island is approximately 178 square kilometers and its tallest peak, Mt. Fengari, rises to 1,611 meters. Mt. Fengari is where the Greek God Posiden supposedly watched the Battle of Troy.
